2. Products & Authenticity

  • 100% Authentic: All fragrances are genuine and purchased from authorized Canadian retailers or distributors.

  • Independent Business: Scent North is an independent entity and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any fragrance brand, manufacturer, or designer.

  • Repackaged Products: All fragrances are hand-decanted into new atomizers for convenience and sampling purposes. This means they are repackaged cosmetics under Canadian law.

  • Brand Names: All trademarks, brand names, and product names are the property of their respective owners and are used strictly for descriptive purposes only.

3. Health & Safety Compliance

  • As required by Health Canada’s Cosmetic Regulations, repackaged fragrances sold by Scent North are handled in clean, safe conditions.

  • Customers should review listed fragrance ingredients before purchase or use.

  • We recommend testing on a small area of skin before full application.

  • All products are intended for personal use only.

4. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to availability.

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, China UnionPay, Diners, Discover, Electron, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

  • Orders are processed once payment is received in full.

5. Shipping Policy

Estimated delivery times:

  • Canada: 3–9 business days

  • USA: 3–7 business days

  • International: 6–23 business days

Shipping times are estimates only and may be affected by customs delays or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Refund & Return Policy

  • Due to the nature of fragrances, all sales are final unless the item is unopened, unused, and in its original decant packaging.

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

By purchasing from Scent North, you confirm you are of legal age to purchase fragrances in your jurisdiction.

8. Privacy Policy

  • We collect customer information solely for order processing and promotional purposes such as email marketing.
